  • Ethical Ways To Increase Your Client Lifetime Value – Interview with Stephen Somers

Increase Client Lifetime Value! Discover ethical ways to grow your company while increasing clients’ lifetime value.

Steve interviews Stephen Somers, co-founder, with his business partner Robert Rickey, of a Marketplace Superheroes business consultancy. Stephen helps people sell branded products on Amazon effectively and profitably with his team. He then began his company after selling products on Amazon for several years. After meeting Robert and working together, they then created Marketplace Superheroes.

Stephen has now turned his attention to increasing a company’s clients’ lifetime value. He does this through his new company, Grow My Reach. Steve and Stephen discuss how Grow My Reach helps its clients market their training platforms to a broader audience. They also discussed how to maintain that client relationship at a higher level.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

There is a massive need for those with online courses and coaching platforms – those who don’t know how to market themselves. In addition, there is a gap in the market for someone to teach the business community. To enact one of its guiding principles and sell to your existing clients more frequently.

Stephen and Robert then created a process called ‘Perpetual Launch’ after running Marketplace Superheroes successfully. They are being mentored by Jay Abraham, a world-leading executive, conference speaker and author.

Stephen analyses a business’s current relationship building systems with its clients first. Then advise them on significant improvements.

He also produces a show called “The Wednesday Wealth Show.” It’s on Facebook Live with his partner Robert. The show tackles half a dozen points around a common question among business owners.

Moreover, the ‘Perpetual Launch’ is the idea of producing constant campaigns for your existing clients. Those that offer them value and content keep their attention and encourage their purchases.

‘I was particularly excited about this interview. Because the type of client that you aim your business at is me, it is what we do. I am a coach and, in inverted commas, an expert. I sell my services in terms of courses, knowledge, expertise and training.’ – Steve

‘What are the typical obstacles people face when implementing your days’ process?’ – Stephen

‘How do we also make it that we are retaking as much as the risk as possible off the shoulders of our clients?’ – Stephen

‘We even sign agreements and things like that to say, “look, it’s in writing now if this doesn’t happen.” You know, stuff like that.’ – Stephen
