  • Marketing Essentials for Small Businesses – Interview with David Kyle from FitPro Lead Generation

In this episode, Marketing Essentials for Small Businesses, Steve talks to David Kyle, the FitPro Lead Generation Specialist.

Through David’s experience as a fitness instructor and gym owner, he has set up FitPro Lead Generation to help other fitness instructors and fitness-based businesses streamline and expand their marketing to reach more clients. Steve and David chat about Marketing, business growth, generating leads, and the fitness industry.

David’s experience as a gym owner makes him an expert in marketing for fitness instructors and gym owners through his own successfully applied methods.

Be unique in what you do and differentiate yourself from your competitors so you can offer and charge more.

When posting a Facebook ad, your headline is the most important thing. You have to stop them scrolling—perfect your headline and chosen image.

Introduce people to your business with free appointments or offers so then you have completed the main task, making them aware of who you are and what you do.

As your business grows, be confident enough to hand off the responsibilities you initially gathered from the startup to others.

Also, if you don’t like or are not confident in a certain area, be confident that you can hand that task to someone. Someone who is proficient and actually enjoys that task.

Do not underestimate how efficient video is for training people in systems. The written word can also be read subjectively. The flow of information and comprehension is much faster. But a video demonstration is the closest thing to being in the room with someone as they train.

Steve used to be a slave to his business, but when he moved to Sweden in 2015, he was forced to change how he worked. He switched to running his businesses remotely, and after totally nailing this concept, he decided to spend his time helping other small business owners do the same. Steve’s been investing in property since 2002, has a degree in Computing, and worked as a doctor in the NHS before quitting to focus full-time on sharing his systems and outsourcing Methodology with the world. He now lives in Sweden and runs his UK-based businesses remotely with the help of his team of Filipino and UK-based Virtual Assistants.

Most business owners are overwhelmed because they don’t know how to create systems or get the right help.

Our systems and outsourcing Courses and coaching programme will help you automate your business and work effectively with affordable virtual assistants. That way, you will stop feeling overwhelmed and start making more money.
