💡 Acquiring access for all your staff members when required can add up to multiple payments of the high-level access packages for all the apps and software.

💡When you upgrade your account to a business-level account, all the sub-users under your membership are also charged at the business level.

💡 Set up your Task Management app in one domain but add your staff as guests. Create a new domain for this purpose, and you will not be asked to upgrade and pay under this domain.

💡Having one super user account and all the others under a separate domain name is more secure because by doing so, you can protect that account from possible misuse or misconduct.

💡 A simple redirect of all critical emails from the new domain email address to your regular email can keep you notified of anything happening without logging in and out of two different email accounts.
