💬 ‘If I send them an email today and they respond in 4 or 6 or 10 hours, that’s great. If it takes them 2 or 3 days to respond, well, the chances of them taking 2 or 3 days to respond after I’ve hired them, it’s high, and that doesn’t work for me.’ – John
💬 ‘I hate meetings. I despise meetings. So in this, they get to hear my voice, and sometimes they get to see me because I’ll include myself in the corner of it, which is super easy. And that builds trust, just them hearing my voice and getting to know my personality.’ – John
💬 ‘If you don’t do that if you don’t build that trust that we were talking about before and give people a platform and understand that this is a human being like you’re saying, they have just the same problems that we have.’ – Steve
